the toddler is suffering from a rare diseases that baffles doctors .
her condition caused her to weep tears of blood about two years ago while suffering from pneumonia
but doctors diagnosed her with high fever
at the time of this post Afzal still bleeds from her ears,nose,mouth & eyes despite having no physical /visible scratches
her condition always leaves her crippled migraines
