Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has said that the Minister of Transport and previous legislative head of the gaze, Mr Rotimi Amaechi has a genuine mental case. He announced that national improvement has been hindered in view of simple-minded Ministers Amaechi.
