A Malawi Facebook page posted this photograph of a Police officer who is by all accounts compelling a kiss on a young lady at Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe.
While a few clients required the rejection of the officers, others said there was nothing amiss with what he did as the young lady 'looked' willing and isn't a minor.
