Npower to Exist Volunteer On Payment On Hold: This is coming as a surprise and a shocking news to so many as npower has concluded all arrangement to exist some volunteers whose payment records cannot not be reconcile. This will mean kissing the programme.

 But so many don’t know that that the On-hold sign or logo is showing on their portal and will be surprise when they receive a text stating that they have been existed from the volunteer scheme. What can you do to prevent this and how do know you have been existed? Please read this post below and share it to other groups and npower members who are not aware.

Yes its now longer news that a total of 38,983 are yet to receive that npower monthly stipends since the commencement of the progrsmme in December, 2016 despite being punctual at their duty place, however we notice that another 12,346 still have irregular payment of their stipends, they will receive alert in some months and not recive the next month. This has continued to create problem for us but it is best we do what is best for all. The following points were highlighted and its best you follow and adhere to them accordingly.
THE EXIST MESSAGE:
The exits message was sent through a bulk sms provider known as rnotify. The message reads below;
Dear Volunteer,
Unfortunately you have been existed from the Npower program. This is due to the instruction to EXIT any volunteer on payment on hold beyond 45 days.
Good luck in your future endeavours.
This is for all volunteer yet to be paid or receive any stipends less than 45 days.

PAYMENT ON HOLD
This concerns the 2016 npower beneficiaries. All volunteer on the npower platform should login to their NPVN profile portal and check if they have been placed on payment hold.
WHY WAS PAYMENT ON HOLD ACTIVATED?
This Measure was taken due some factors which include improper account details and non transmission of funds. After this Friday when February 2018 stipends might have been paid, those owed two months more or above will see the on hold payment activated on their portal and will receive the above exist message.
However, you might receive such text message even when you did not see payment on hold on your profile, please do not panic but rush to the nearest npower office to lay your complain.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU SEE PAYMENT ON HOLD BEFORE 45 DAYS
When you login to your npower portal page and see the payment on hold sign, immediately print such page out and rush to the npower office close to you for those whose stipends have been regular, but in case you have not seen payment since the programme started or a month or more, please still print out and report your issue at your state npower office.
You may see payment on hold if the monitoring unit catches up with you.
Another reason you may see the payment on hold is if you were absent from your place of primary assignment. We are aware that so many don’t report to their duty post, hence the npower monitoring team was sent to address this issue. If you were absent at the time of their visit and no official report or complain was lodge for your absent, then the payment on hold clause will be activated on your portal. This can only be rectified if you have written a letter of apology to your state npower office.
