Muhammadu Buhari has urged Nigerians to get their permanent voters’
cards (PVCs) and vote whoever they want in next year’s elections.
Buhari, himself's identity looking for re-race, expressed this when he facilitated judges at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Tuesday night.
He ascribed his triumph in the 2015 decisions to innovation and asked governors to proceed with voters' training.
"I think that its important to welcome you since I don't ordinarily observe you. I need to rehash what I said having heard what you said.
