A #MeToo Movement leader Asia Argento in bed with 17-year-old boy

Photo of a leading figure in the #MeToo movement, Asia Argento in bed with 17-year-old boy has surfaced after she denied ever having anything to do with the boy.



The photo is that of her accuser Jimmy Bennett, now 22, in a Marina del Rey hotel room back in 2013 when Argento was already 37 years.

The pair are seen on a bed shirtless, their heads on a pillow and their arms entangled. The age of consent in California is 18.

 

According to TMZ, the photo was taken after Bennett and Asia had intercourse.

The 42-year-old actress has since denied she had sex with then 17-year-old Jimmy Bennett, despite claims she quietly arranged to pay $380,000 to her accuser: Jimmy Bennett, a young actor and rock musician

But according to text messages between Argento and a friend, which was obtained by TMZ, the actress admitted she had sex with him and it felt weird.

Asia Argento who is one of the first women to come forward in the #MeToo movement, having accused Harvey Weinstein of rape.

In a statement earlier released, Argento said her late boyfriend, celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain who committed suicide in June, gave money to Bennett upon the condition that “we would no longer suffer any further intrusions in our life,”

“I strongly deny and oppose the contents of the New York Times article… as circulated also in national and international news,”

“I am deeply shocked and hurt by having read news that is absolutely false. I have never had any sexual relationship with Bennett.”
