Two fake NEPA staff have been arrested while trying to rob an old woman after gaining access into her compound under pretence. .

While being interrogated, one of the suspects armed with a gun, said: “We go around pretending to be NEPA staff and intimidate people by saying we want to cut their power supply. We do this just to extort them.”
