Fresh Graduate burnt to death two weeks before her NYSC in Kogi accident (graphic photos)

A fresh graduate of the Kogi state University who was set to leave for NYSC camp in two weeks time, was reportedly burnt to death in an accident that occurred along the Zariagi-Lokoja highway in Kogi state.


The fresh graduate identified as Hafsat who was involved in the accident with nine others on Thursday August 23rd, was burnt to death alongside three others while five of the victims are currently receiving medical care at the state hospital.

It was further gathered that one of the victims escaped unhurt. Here are photos from the scene of the accident below;





Recall that we also reported few months ago, that a 23-year-old lady was hospitalized after she was crushed by an SUV in Ajah area of Lagos. It was reported that the young lady is a graduate of Ebonyi State University.
The accident victim who was identified as Adeyinka Adelekan was reportedly preparing to go for her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program when the unfortunate incident took place at Skiddo bus stop in Ajah. Eyewitnesses disclosed to Punch that Adelekan suffered several fractures in her legs and brain injuries after being knocked down by the SUV.

 She was immediately rushed to the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi Araba.

It was further reported that 23-year-old Adelekan has been in coma since December 19, 2017 and is yet to come out of it.

The young lady was knocked down by 26-year-old Saviour Henry, while on her way to buy drinks for herself and her elder sister. 23-year-old Adelekan was reportedly standing on the median, waiting to cross to the other side of the road when Henry allegedly veered towards the median and knocked her down, while trying to avoid 19-year-old Oluwatobiloba Olorunosebi from hitting his SUV from behind. Both drivers were immediately arrested by the police from Langbasa division for not having driver’s license and reckless driving.
