Months after announcing that he had signed a record deal with Universal Music Group, Local rapper Nasty C has announced that he has just become the owner of a new record label called ‘Tall Racks Records‘.
The Jungle rapper, who took to social media to share the news, also announced the signing of his first artist Rowlene.
He shared: “PROUD TO ANNOUNCE IM A RECORD LABEL OWNER. MY FIRST ARTIST IS THE AMAZING @rowlene_sa. TALL RACKS!! Coz that’s the agenda.”

In urban slang racks is referred to as one thousand cash within a rubber band, not be confused with a stack.
10 racks equals a stack. 100 racks equals one book. 1000 racks equals one bible.
The South African rapper also said he named the company Tall Racks because “that’s the agenda.”
At the age of 21, the King hit-maker has achieved quite a lot. He already has two solid albums under his belt, Bad Hair, released under Mabala Noise, and the latest, Strings and Bling, released under Universal Music Group.
He is also one of a few Mzansi rappers who are internationally renowned.
