Alec Baldwin, Hailey’s uncle, told People on Monday, September 17, at the 2018 Emmy Awards that the couple “just went off and got married. They went ahead and did it without listening to anyone.”
The 30 Rock and Saturday Night Live star who brought this revelation to light in a red carpet interview before the Emmy awards in Los Angeles, also told Access “they just went off and got married and I don’t know what the deal is”.
“We text Hailey every now and then.We met him one time”.
The model previously denied that she tied the knot with Bieber after People reported that the two said “I do” at a New York City city clerk’s office on Thursday.

“I understand where the speculation is coming from, but I’m not married yet!” she wrote on Twitter on Friday in a since-deleted tweet.But an insider told People last week that the couple “went ahead and did it without listening to anyone”.
“They’re going to have a big blowout, in front of God and everyone they love,” the source added.Meanwhile, when asked what advice he would give his new nephew-in-law, the 60-year-old star, whose brother is Hailey’s father Stephen, said: “Keep working … don’t stop working”.
