Super Eagles legend, Joseph Yobo celebrates 38th birthday

Former Super Eagles Captain Joseph Yobo and team legend is a year older today, as he celebrates his 38th birthday.

The former Everton center back was born on September 6, 1980, in Kono, Rivers State, Nigeria.
The NFF celebrated him in Tweet earlier today, they wrote;
“Happy Birthday former @NGSuperEagles Captain @jyobo234. Thank you for the memories 🎆🎆🎂🎆🎆🎂,”
Also the Federation of International Football Association, FIFA has also wished Yobo and his co-celebrants (ex-footballers) the best on their special day.
“#HBD to Yuki Abe (37), Joseph Yobo (@jyobo234) (38), Homare Sawa (40), Stephane Guivarch (48), Igor Stimac (51) & Bruce Rioch (71),” FIFA tweeted on their Twitter handle on Thursday.
Yobo’s former English Premier League club, Everton also wished him a great day on his special day.
“Happy 38th Birthday, @jyobo234! Have a great day! 👍”,” reads the Tweet on the club’s Twitter handle.
Joseph Yobo started his career at Standard Liege of Belgium making 46 appearances and scoring one goal before moving to Olympique Marseille of France where he made 23 appearances.
Yobo joined Everton on loan in July 2002, he joined the Toffees permanently in 2003.
Yobo became one of the most consistent players in the Everton squad and was one of only seven players in the entire league to play every minute of every game throughout the 2006–07 season.

He joined Fenerbache in 2010 after spending four years int the Turkish league he had a stint with Norwich City of England before hanging his boots in 2014.
Yobo made 101 appearances for Nigeria and represented the Super Eagles at three FIFA World Cups and six Africa Cup of Nations tournament.
Yobo married former most beautiful girl in Nigeria, Adaeze Igwe in a midnight ceremony held in Jos in 2010
