Nigerian radio personality and author Toke Makinwa has jumped on the ‘material girl’ debate even as she aimed a thinly veiled dig at men who accuse women of being gold diggers.
The media personality, who made this known via her Instagram on Tuesday, November 27, shared a screenshot of a post written by someone else and approved the post.
According to her, it is always the gorillas with coins that stick to the complaint.
Bear in mind that in June, the radio presenter listed some of the qualities that make her outstanding, and that will also make her future husband proud of her.The post reads: “You will never hear a guy with money complaining about women loving money, it’s always the Gorillas with coins.”
She added: “I say this all the time bruh.”
