Woman Saved By Stranger Who Held Her Waist As She Planned On Committing Suicide.

A young mum who was about to commit suicide by jumping off a multi-storey car park has said her life was saved by a complete stranger who held onto her waist and refused to let go.


Charley Wills, 22, has credited the kindness of a stranger for ensuring her one-year-old son, Hugo, won’t grow up without his mum to tuck him in at night.
The beauty therapist says she spiralled into a dark place after leaving an abusive relationship earlier this year.
But her lowest point came as she drove to a Huddersfield multi-storey car park in September, determined to end her life.
Stood looking over the edge, Charley pondered the unimaginable – but a chance encounter with a good Samaritan would change her mind.

Spotting the 22-year-old, the woman, who hasn’t been named, sat with Charley and ensured her all would be okay, before placing her hands around her waist.
Every time the distressed mother would take a step closer the edge, the woman gripped a little tighter, according to Charley.
Charley, who lives in Wakefield, was sectioned after the incident, but has since begun her recovery and is on the mend.
In a bid to find the stranger who helped her, Charley put a post on Facebook in the hope it would reach her.
Facebook delivered, after the post was shared hundreds of times and it was spotted by someone who knew the lady and tagged her in it.
