Should Teenagers Have Access to Condoms and Birth Control?

The rate at wish how young ladies are giving birth nowadays is alarming. Most of them give birth out of wedlock.

There is also an increase in the rate of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) like H.I.V, Gonorrhea e.t.c.

So NiPers, do you think teenagers should have access to condoms and birth control?
