Former Governor of Lagos State, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Monday could not stomach his frustration as he threw away the All Progressives Congress flag at a rally in Ogun State.
The presidential campaign rally of the ruling party was greeted with violence after the state governor, Ibikunle Amosun, attempted to campaign for another candidate.
Angered by his action, Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola, stormed the stage to interrupt him.
Apparently not happy with Aregbesola’s move, some thugs believed to be loyal to Amosun started jeering and pelting stones at President Muhammadu Buhari, APC Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole and some APC chieftain.
Jagaban, as Tinubu is fondly call flung the APC flag and and used his left hand to support his jaw.
Ibikunle Amosun, Governor of Ogun State, has publicly expressed his displeasure with the candidature of Abiodun as the APC candidate in Ogun State, and instead chosen to pitch his tent with Adekunle Akinlade of the APM.
It was, however, not clear what he was aiming the flag at, as Oshiomhole simply walked past.
The rally ended abruptly as security operatives led the party leaders off the stage.
