Traffic thief slapped ruthlessly after he’s caught trying to steal phone in moving car (Video)

A traffic thief was ruthlessly dealt with after he was caught trying to steal a phone inside a moving car. Apparently, the thief thought he could have his way by sticking his hand into a moving vehicle and make away with the mobile device he had preyed on.

He was rather unfortunate as he was caught by the hand and was not going to be let go as the car continued on motion while passengers in the vehicle served him justice there as they slapped him numerously.
The Twitter user who shared the video which has since had people talking, found the situation, said to have occurred in Congo, rather hilarious as he wrote alongside the video,

This guy attempted to pull a phone from this car and the passengers caught his hand and this is what happened
