A lady who had intercourse with a 14-year-old kid after a boozy birthday party has been cleared subsequent to guaranteeing she trusted the kid was more than 18. Kimberly Abell downed a large bottle of vodka, a jug of Disaronno and shots before asking the student: "Aren't you going to f**k me?"
The 33-year-old at that point sat on the kid towards the end of the party and they engaged in s*xual relations on the couch before she played out a s*x follow up on him the following morning.
Abell conceded having laying down with the kid at the gathering in July 2016 however asserted she trusted he was more than 18.
She has now been found not guilty of two checks of s*xual acts with a teenager.
