The police charged Abullahi Musa, Ibrahim Adamu, and Ibrahim Mohammed, all staff of Acouns Nigeria Ltd at Guzape, Asokoro district, Abuja with criminal connivance, burglary by hireling and accepting stolen property.
As indicated by Newsmen the Prosecution Counsel, Edwin Ochayi, told the court that the case was accounted for at the Police Station by the Manager of Acouns Nigeria Ltd.
Ochayi claimed that the litigants were employed on the same day as security agents at the organization's building site.
The indictment included that the respondents stole 48 tons of iron bars, 83 bits of Arco-props (the vertical emotionally supportive network used to help overhead loads), 70 rolls of building wires and 3,780 bags of cement.
