After an exciting eleven weeks at the Big Brother Naija house, and twenty-five housemates slugging it out for the coveted prize of N60M, we now have the last 10 guys standing.
It is safe to say these guys are the strongest housemates this season of Big Brother Naija 'Pepper Dem' has offered to millions of fans and viewers. From escaping evictions every Sunday to winning the 'Head Of House' tasks - which has kept some in the house this long - these housemates have indeed won the hearts of fans and viewers of one of the most-watched reality TV show in Nigeria.
As we build-up to the last weeks of the show, every housemate's dream and strategy is to become the last man standing and win the prize on the 99th day of the show. For every fan of the remaining ten guys, it is their sole desire that their favourite housemate end up as the winner at the end of the day.
This, however, can and won't happen if these fans don't put in extra efforts by voting for their favourites. Like most people have said, the voting pattern in BBNaija has been regarded as one of the most credible. So, it's time fans get to work in voting for their favourite housemate.

Here are the reasons we feel each of the 10 housemates deserves to win the show.
1. Tacha
'Portharcourt's 1st daughter', as she fondly calls herself, has become if not the most talked-about, then most controversial housemate of this season. From the moment she entered the house, her antics and reactions to events in the house, made her become a focal point in conversations, especially on social media. Tacha has been the most nominated housemate for eviction - 9 weeks out of 12 weeks.
She has survived every eviction Sunday she has been up for eviction and this goes to show she is a strong contender for the prize. Tacha has brought drama and so much controversy to the reality show to the point where she trends on social media at will. She deserves to win the show for obvious reasons which includes her ability to keep viewers of the show glued to their TV screens.
2. Omashola
Omashola became a fan favourite the moment he was introduced as one of the housemates that were going to keep us all spellbound. He came into the house with a whole new vibe. We all know how his 'Warri' affiliation has made him popular not just in the house but outside the house. Omashola can be said to be one of the most vocal housemates in the house who is quick to address any topic.
We get that some people might mistake his being too vocal for bring lousy, that has not changed the fact that he is one of the sparks in the lights of the house. He has faced a number of evictions but has been able to survive all of them. Omashola should probably take home the prize money because he has come a long way in the show, entertained the viewers, stayed away from controversies and we can't forget those interesting dairy sessions with Biggie.
3. Ike
Apparently, Ike looks like the only housemate among the last 10 housemates standing with a strategy to win the prize money. He has been very calculative with everything he has done so far in the house. He might have been very calculative but not careful enough to escape getting two strikes from Big Brother - thankfully, the strikes have been erased by Biggie.
Just like most seasons of Big Brother Naija where love stories have grown, Ike became popular after he showed his interest in Mercy. Their relationship became a talking point which, till date, still thrills fans because of its ups and downs. Let's ignore the fact that Ike is a member of IJGB (I Just Got Back) he too should be the proud winner of the SUV and N30M cash for his courage to come back home and maybe for the amazing and entertaining time in the house.
4. Diane
Diane has remained one of the most admired housemates in the house since coming on the show on June 30, 2019. Though it is not clear how she has been able to win over so many fans, it is believed in some quarters that it is because of her beauty and approach towards the game. Seen as another housemate who knows the game isn't just a reality show but one that must be won, Diane has been calculative about her every move in the house.
We all can remember how she openly vowed not to get involved with any light-skinned guy in the house but ended up fallen in love with Elozonam. Her cute relationship with Elozonam has been worth the while. The beautiful Human Resource graduate from Kaduna state should be the winner of the show for her consistency.
5. Elozonam
Elozonam is one of the two surviving housemates from the last five to join the house. Apparently a popular face on social media, it didn't take long before viewers started to love the young bubbling advertising guy. We also think the reason Elo, as he is fondly called, became a fan favourite is because of his vibe during the Saturday night party. He easily replaced Tuoyo.
His friendship and cute romance with Diane has also endeared a lot of fans to him. Elozonam deserves to win the N60M prize just like the other guys because he came into the show in Biggie's surprise move and has remained strong. He should take home all the goodies and spoil himself, after all, he is not there to just eat Biggie's food.
6. Frodd
The official 'Cry Baby' of this season of Big Brother Naija, Frodd has given us a reason to watch the show 24 hours of the day. Not many actually saw Frodd as a strong contender for the show until his romance with Esther started. Even though that love story started on a very rough and patchy note, we got to see a very resilient Frodd rise against all odds to win Esther's heart.
Basically, Frodd can be described as one of the housemates that made this season quite interesting and entertaining. Just like some of the housemates, Frodd has faced several eviction nominations but like the cat with nine lives, he has survived all the time. Maybe we should just give the cash prize to the industrious young man so he can have a beautiful life with the love of his life.
7. Mercy
The moment Mercy climbed the stage on the premiere of the show, we knew something special and saucy was going to happen. Her body revealing black dress at the premiere of the show won't be forgotten in a hurry. Okay, we know Mercy already has a lot of male fans because of her seductive and voluptuous figure, we think she too deserves to be crowned winner at the end of the day.
The reasons are obvious; from her cat and mouse love relationship with Ike, a very interesting not so rosy childhood story and even the way she has tried to emerge victorious during challenges and tasks in the house, Mercy has indeed paid her dues and deserves to be crowned the first female housemate to win the Big Brother Naija.
8. Cindy
When Cindy joined the other housemates in the house in the fourth week of the show, not many could place a bet that she would be in the house this long or even make it to the last ten housemates standing. Cindy has been the surprise housemate of this season and we are loving every bit of it.
Cindy has also survived two evictions and won the 'Head Of House' title once, making her the fourth female housemate to achieve that feat. The reason we think she should emerge the winner of the show is just to prove a lot of people wrong. She came into the show when viewers had already picked their favourites and was able to gain her fans.
9. Mike
Mike is another proud member of the IJGB community, who obviously wanted to blend in with his country of origin so badly. The athlete turned reality TV star, has become one of the favourite for reasons we think only the ladies have answers to. He has also survived evictions like some of the other guys on this list but has remained steadfast.
Mike deserves to win the prize money for so many reasons which include the fact that he just got married, deserves to spoil his wife with some beautiful gifts and holiday getaways. He has been an interesting character to watch and the other housemates have given him all the respect he deserves because of the way he has carried himself.
10. Seyi
One would be shocked that a member of the Awolowo dynasty would leave that life of prestige and take part in a reality show but apparently, Seyi had another thought on his mind. According to him, he is the rebel in his family so we guess why his family succumbed by allowing him to take part in a reality show.
Seyi has been one of the most interesting housemates to watch over the last 11 weeks. Even though his strategy in the house has not been clear, whatever he has been doing to stay in the house has worked or is still working. Not romantically linked to anyone in the house, we kind of enjoyed the brief friendship between Tacha and himself. Seyi deserves to be the winner of this season of Big Brother Naija because he has remained disciplined, played by the rules, stayed away from controversies and we love that his suspicious but infectious smile.
